All pieces purchased from Barocco have been hand crafted and made to order.

By making a purchase from Barocco, you are accepting an agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.  It is important that the below information has been read and understood before making a purchase.

We aim to dispatch pieces that are in stock within 1 working day, but due to the handmade nature of our pieces, it may take up to 7 days before being shipped.  Please contact us if you require a piece immediately.

Items will be shipped once payment for the order has cleared.

All orders worldwide are shipped via Royal Mail.  They will require a signature upon delivery.

All of our UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next day delivery before 1pm for valuable items.  All orders are fully trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.  This service is £4.99.

If you require delivery immediately and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange same day delivery to you via courier.  This service applies to London addresses only.  Please contact us should you wish to arrange this service.  

All of our orders to the EU are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. All orders are trackable in the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.  This service is £8.99

If you require faster delivery and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via a private courier.  Please contact us should you wish to arrange this service within the EU. Rates and delivery times for this service may vary.

All of our orders to the countries outside of the EU are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This service aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. All orders are trackable in the UK and will require a signature upon delivery.  This service is £9.99.

If you require faster delivery and the ordered piece is in stock we may be able to arrange express delivery to you via a private courier.  Please contact us should you wish to arrange this service outside of the EU. Rates and delivery times for this service may vary.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT POST TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.

Payment is accepted on the website securely via Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Paypal. Should you wish to arrange payment via an Online Transfer please contact us: hello@baroccojewellery.com. Please note that any duties or taxes incurred after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please don't hesitate to contact us. Returns accepted with 14 days of receipt.

For each order we ensure that your jewellery is packaged to arrive safely, in perfect condition.  Barocco pieces come wrapped beautifully in their own gift box within a postage pouch or envelope.
